What we do

Every trade a facade needs.
Under one contract.

Most facade problems cross trades — masonry, waterproofing, rigging, filings. We self-perform the core work and manage the rest, so your board deals with one accountable contractor instead of five.

01

Local Law 11 / FISP

Cycle inspections coordinated with your QEWI, filing support, and the repairs that take your building from SWARMP or Unsafe back to Safe — documented for DOB.

02

Landmark & Historic Restoration

Our specialty — brick, terracotta, and limestone restoration, cornice and ornament replication to LPC standards, lintel and parapet rebuilds matched to the original fabric.

03

Waterproofing & Roofing

Facade sealants and coatings, balcony and terrace membranes, roof replacement and repair — stopping water where it starts.

04

Sidewalk Sheds & Scaffolding

DOB-permitted sheds, supported and suspended scaffold, installed and maintained by the same team doing the work above them.

05

Balconies & Parapets

Structural balcony repair, railing replacement, and parapet stabilization — the two facade elements NYC inspects hardest.

06

Emergency Stabilization

Falling-hazard response: immediate protection, controlled removal, DOB coordination, and a permanent repair plan — fast.

Local Law 11 · FISP

Cycle 10 is here. Make your facade our problem.

Every NYC building over six stories must have its facade inspected and filed every five years — and unsafe conditions repaired on a clock. Miss a filing or leave a SWARMP unresolved, and the penalties (and liability) stack fast.

Titan takes the whole burden: we coordinate the inspection with your QEWI, price the repairs honestly, do the work, and close the filing.

Why Titan

Old-school craft. Modern accountability.

Landmark restoration is our specialty — matching 1920s brick, recarving limestone, replicating terra cotta and cornices to LPC standards, sequencing suspended rigging safely. Our crews do this every day on some of Manhattan's most demanding buildings.

What makes us different is what you can see: every Titan project runs on our own field platform. Daily reports, crew counts, weather, and photo documentation from every drop — so your board gets photo-verified progress, not phone-call promises.
